This policy explains how the Twin Cities Hero Program (“we”), a joint marketing effort of TruStone Home Mortgage, Pederson Realty and Legacy Title, handles information collected on twincitiesheroprogram.com.

- Automatic information: pages visited, device and browser type, referring site and ad campaign details (such as UTM tags), collected through cookies and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To confirm your eligibility and contact you about the program by phone, text or email.
- To share your request with the program partners who will serve you: Jeff Zajac of TruStone Home Mortgage, Pederson Realty and, when you close, Legacy Title.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you may receive calls and texts about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Cookies and advertising
